One of the reasons I go back to trusted trades time and again (and consistently recommend them) is for their level of service and professionalism. With all the work going on at the house, it wasn't until last week that the client noticed one of the back doors was a solid door (it sits in an area with 4 windows). They had remembered requesting glass in that door. John, from A&J Windows could have objected, but he didn't say one thing - he simply removed the door, covered it with temporary plywood, and had the new door with glass in place installed within two days. No questions asked!
